Who Me?
It has been a hard week for my little man. He has had a rough time behaving properly at home and at preschool. Rudeness and not listening to name a few of his issues. I know it might be hard to believe that this blue eyed heart breaker could possibly be anything but an angel, but it's true. When I picked him up from preschool today his teacher said he was "quite challenging". No one ever wants to hear that about their child! Things with him had been on the up and up until this week, and BOOM! I am not sure if it is all the excitement of Christmas, or just him needing to test his boundaries, or maybe it is just the whole hustle bustle of the season...Dan has been working a lot, and we have been rushing in and out, trying to finish up our shopping etc..The icing on the cake is that Evan is a little copy cat. He sees his big brother doing something, and he wants to be just like him, so next thing I know I have the two of them to deal with! Oh my goodness. I love Christmas, but I am looking forward to the peacefulness of the January!

Hi Sarah,
I found your blog via Erinne's and thought that I would leave a comment :) I have two boys who are also close in age (6 and 4). I know just what you mean about the copy cat stage and unfortunately, I've had days where I've picked up my boy from preschool to find out that "Nick didn't have a good day at school today". Totally frustrating, and you feel bad as a parent for your kid acting out. It will pass though and then you'll be on to a new stage in his life :)
By the way, beautiful pictures of your sons!
Hey - so I know what it's like having a challenging boy. We butt heads like no tomorrow - although he is golden at school.
It's the age and it will pass. I love the pic - you caught him at the right moment. R. saw it and was devastated - ;)
Sorry to hear about the frustration. Don't beat yourself up though your a great Mom and all our kids have their moments. Still makes it frustrating..... Abby has been more challenging as well we also have been busier. Well hang in there your doing awesome. If we don't talk to you before Christmas have a great one...as usual we miss you lots.
Love, Sylvia and Fam.
Hey Sarah,
Happy New year! The boys are so photogenic! Such a beautiful family ;o) I just love this pic of Bradyn. He truly is the most polite and loving little guy EVER. I get bored of being good sometimes too ;o) Keep up the good work!
