You would not believe how hard it is to get Bradyn to smile nice for a picture!

Yesterday Avery went to the doctor for his three month check. He is now up to 12 lbs 2 oz, and is 23 and 1/4 " long. He is starting to laugh, but mostly in his sleep...it is so cute! He will be fast asleep and then all of a sudden he will start to chuckle! He is now averaging about six hours of undisturbed sleep a night, then up for a quick feed and back to sleep for another five or six hours!

Poor Goldie

On tuesday night poor Goldie girl went to doggie heaven. She was old when we got her two and a half years ago, so it wasn't a huge surprise for us. I was a little concerned about how Eli would take the loss, but he seems to be doing okay without his companion. She lived a good life, and we will miss her dearly.

Home for two weeks!

Well, Dan had his hernia operation yesterday. He was at the hospital for just over five hours, and sent home with tylenol #3. He is pretty tender, and slow moving but considering that he had surgery less than 24 hours ago, I think that he is doing very well. Now he is home for two weeks to mend before he goes back to work. Lord give me strength to look after FOUR boys!!! ; )

Puddle Stompin'

This evening we had a massive down pour, so after dinner we went for a walk down the street to play in the rivers and puddles. Both Bradyn and Evan got soaked and had a blast! When we got back home the boys played in the back yard, and I snapped a few cute pictures.

McGifford-Seibel reunion

This weekend we also were blessed with a visit from the Seibel family. Bradyn and Abby had a great time together blowing bubbles and getting dirty in the sand box.

We finally got to meet little Hannah, who is five months old now! She is such a cutie, and a good girl!

We had a wonderful time visiting and catching up on the past year, I just wish that we had more time...but a quick visit is better than no visit at all!

This week Avery started smiling and cooing! It's so cute to see his whole face light up.

A visit from the Walton family

This weekend we finally got together with Justin, Erinne, Neela and Riley!
We had a great visit, and Bradyn, Riley and Dan had a great jam session! Bradyn and Riley took turns on drums and piano, while Dan added some guitar to the mix!
