On tuesday night poor Goldie girl went to doggie heaven. She was old when we got her two and a half years ago, so it wasn't a huge surprise for us. I was a little concerned about how Eli would take the loss, but he seems to be doing okay without his companion. She lived a good life, and we will miss her dearly.

Poor Goldie
On tuesday night poor Goldie girl went to doggie heaven. She was old when we got her two and a half years ago, so it wasn't a huge surprise for us. I was a little concerned about how Eli would take the loss, but he seems to be doing okay without his companion. She lived a good life, and we will miss her dearly.

So sorry to hear about Goldie. It's so hard to lose a pet they are such a big part of the family.
Hey Bonnie, Eli is such a good dog and so great with the kids. He is living the good life here :). I think because Goldie had slowed down a lot in the past few months, it has made it easier for Eli. They didn't play like they used to. It is hillarious when friends bring over their younger dogs because Eli turns into a puppy! Oh, and I was wondering if you could tell me how old Eli is? What is his birthday?
